At the initial appointment I will take a comprehensive history to understand your story. We will discuss the nature of your pain, the history of its presentation and how it affects you now.
Following our discussion, I will guide you through a physical assessment where I will assess how you move, paying particular attention to the quality of your movement.
Following the assessment we will embark on a treatment plan that will likely encompass a combination of hands on treatment, exercise prescription and movement re-education.

Once you enter Lollesworth Lane, continue towards the end of the lane until you reach a black electric gate on your right where I will let you in at your appointment time.
There isn’t a buzzer but I will be able to see you arrive.
If the gate doesn’t open upon your arrival please bear with me as I may be finishing a session with the previous patient. I always endeavour to run to time but I do sometimes run over.
